The responsibility of the Associate Counsel will be to provide timely and effective legal advice to in-house clients on a variety of matters, including but not limited to, contracts, personnel matters, finance, tax law matters, operations and administration, intellectual property, fundraising, lobbying, political law, and campaign finance compliance matters. Assist the General Counsel and Deputy General Counsel to ensure compliance by in-house clients with all federal, state, and local laws, including tax, nonprofit, corporate, contract, employment, lobbying, and election laws.
