The successful candidate must be a strong leader and will have demonstrated expertise in sophisticated transactional matters, including negotiating and drafting complex commercial contracts, serve as our in-house counsel on general corporate legal and business matters as well as litigation management. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to succeed within a collaborative and entrepreneurial business-focused, fast-paced environment. The selected candidate will be seen as a leader both within the Legal Department and throughout the enterprise and is expected to interact with all levels of the organization.
