Research, analyze and provide legal advice and counsel to executives, directors of departments, and other business clients through the exercise of discretion and independent judgment in numerous areas of contract and commercial law, general corporate transactions and adversarial and litigation matters; develop and recommend company policies and positions on legal issues; and on a project specific basis, direct the provision of legal services from outside legal counsel.
