The Vice President & Associate General Counsel, will need to be able to handle, manage and/or oversee any of the following subject matters, working independently under the direction of the General Counsel or other members of senior management. The Vice President & Associate General Counsel should have prior hands-on experience with budget responsibility and the methods of reducing a public company’s outside counsel costs. The Associate General Counsel also should have prior hands-on experience managing and supervising in-house and outside counsel.
