The Counsel of Legal Affairs will work closely with member institutions to provide advice on the legal implications of policies and other decisions under applicable laws, regulations, and policies as they affect the company and its affiliates’ operations. This position assures sound and compliant practices in the System’s relationship with its state regulators and supports a compliance-focused approach to business operations. Counsel will be responsible for assisting with the development and maintenance of the company’s policies as well as to provide legal advice on the daily operations of the company member institutions.
