Company is interested in hiring a junior corporate attorney to handle a wide range of general corporate, regulatory, securities and contractual matters. This position will primarily support the senior attorneys in the legal department and the successful candidate will be exposed to a variety of legal disciplines, including reviewing and negotiating varied contracts involving the company’s broker-dealer and operating subsidiaries, public company securities matters and general corporate transactional work. The candidate will interact with, and provide corporate, regulatory, securities and contractual support to the legal department, and guidance and advice to, the company’s business lines.
