Fortune 500 company, with a substantial law department presence in Denver, St. Louis, and Monroe is looking for an experienced transactional attorney interested in joining a collegial team of lawyers that together support the wholesale sales and international network operations group. The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running, leading large Wholesale contract negotiations with an internal cross-functional team, of regulatory, finance, sales and technical personnel. The attorney will possess a willingness to learn and understand internal business, operational, financial and technical matters to provide sound legal advice and risk analysis, while parlaying that knowledge into contractual terms that will simultaneously protect the company and service the needs of the business.
