Part-time 8491 Senior Associate Counsel (p/t), General Corporate

You will report directly to the Vice President and Deputy General Counsel of Legal Services who reports to the Senior Vice President and General Counsel, both of whom are based in California. This role requires that you work closely with the business to advise on a broad range of commercial issues with particular emphasis on drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts, whilst advising the business on legal and commercial risks. You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating complex software licensing and consulting services agreements in support of the company’s sales teams in the Americas.
