Reporting to the Vice President/General Counsel is responsible for implementing, supporting and managing organization wide contractual agreements and related programs, providing general transactional and regulatory advice, resolving organization disputes with third parties and assisting with legal program planning. Minimum of 5 years experience developing contracts and resolving legal issues in a hospital or health care environment. Working knowledge of State and Federal laws, statues and codes related to contracts, mergers and acquisitions, partnerships deals, legal agreements and risk assessment.
