Through experienced and strategic legal advice and actions, the Corporate Counsel will support the Deputy General Counsel, members of the Executive team, the business units and the rest of the legal department. This position will report to the VP and Deputy General Counsel, Corporate. This position will have responsibility for, among other things, developing and implementing employment policies and procedures, advising on a wide range of labor and employment law issues, drafting and negotiating employment related agreements, providing advice on employment law matters in connection with corporate transactions, and managing employment litigation and pre-litigation matters.
