The Counsel reports to the Division Senior Vice President – General Counsel and will have responsibility for providing legal services to the corporation in the area of international law (franchising, joint venture, mergers & acquisitions, retail law issues in Latin America, international corporate work for Latin America, and customs). The position requires significant experience negotiating and drafting complex business deals and providing real time advice to the business to address typical retail issues predominately in Latin America.
