We are currently seeking a Senior Counsel to provide legal advice, support and related services to company’s’ technology portfolio in a challenging global business environment. By identifying legal risks and considering alternative structures and strategies to accurately reflect commercial decisions, the incumbent will further our business objectives and protect shareholder interests and will be responsible for all aspects of IP, including patent prosecution. He or she will coordinate the work with outside counsel.
