This position reports to the SVP and Chief Financial Officer and will be a part of a team handling negotiation and documentation of (and legal advice related to) license agreements and related agreements and matters for company – a medical device and services company. The Director, Business & Legal Affairs will provide business and legal perspective on strategic, tactical and operational issues. Responsibilities will include a wide range of legal matters including corporate law, acquisitions and divestitures, governance, intellectual property, regulatory matters, labor and employment matters, contracts, and general day-to-day legal matters.
