The Sr. Corporate Counsel is responsible to advise regarding general corporate law issues with a primary focus on employment law, EEO, OFCCP, ERISA, Worker’s Compensation, Risk Management, business ethics, and matters worldwide including interfacing with all levels of management, and coordination of outside legal resources and consultants. Assist Corporate Counsel and Human Resources department with employee relations and labor matters, research and advise on new developments in employment and labor law as well as ensure ongoing compliance with existing laws and regulations. In conjunction with Human Resources staff, manage all legal aspects of employee relations issues and advise senior management on strategies to minimize organizational risk.
