This Attorney position will provide legal support to the Company’s Business Unit on all matters arising in day-to-day operations, with an emphasis on client contract negotiation. The position will interact directly and frequently with Senior Leadership and the Sales and Services Teams in managing internal and external contracting processes and pursuing continuous improvement in contracting processes and execution (including responsibility for developing and reviewing internal forms to support best practices and efficient closure of sales deals). The successful candidate will have the opportunity to draft and negotiate client contracts of all types, including master agreements, SOWs and other project-specific addenda, and other product and services agreements.
