Company is seeking a talented attorney with a broad range of skills and experience to fill the position of Corporate Counsel, reporting directly to the company's Senior Vice-President of Business Operations and Chief Financial Officer and will be based in our downtown Seattle corporate headquarters. This individual will lead the overall management of the business and legal affairs of the company and all of its subsidiaries, including assisting with negotiations and drafting of agreements ranging from standard contracts to highly complex rights and affiliate distribution agreements. The Corporate Counsel will also provide legal counsel, guidance and services as needed to all departments within the company, including production, affiliate relations, marketing, HR, and finance.
