As a member of company's in-house legal team, your role as a litigation attorney will be managing litigation matters in one or more of the following areas: consumer class actions, privacy rights, product liability, soft IP enforcement matters (trademarks, copyrights, design rights), and general commercial matters. You will supervise and direct outside counsel, manage legal budgets and provide counsel to clients on actual and potential litigation matters, including proposing strategic and creative approaches to resolving disputes. You will also assess and manage risks, and advise concerning risk, exposure and strategic options.
