Job duties will include but not be limited to the following: Mergers & Acquisitions, Negotiate NDAs, diligence processes, general familiarity with the full spectrum of other M&A activities, and Assist in legal due diligence (reviewing liabilities of target company, reviewing contracts of target company, etc. ). Draft and/or review purchase agreements, non-compete agreement, employee agreements, etc. Advise on how to structure the company post acquisition/merger (divestitures, spin-offs, subsidiaries, etc.)
