This position is for a transactional attorney in the network entertainment group of the Law Department in Los Angeles. The attorney will be responsible for handling a variety of matters, including drafting network development and program licensing agreements for pilots/series and special programs, performing legal clearance of promotional and marketing materials and may include some production legal work for reality/alternative programs. The successful candidate must have excellent oral communication skills, excel at drafting, be organized and able to handle multiple tasks in a time sensitive environment.
