The individual who fills this Corporate Attorney position will work with other members of the legal department and the Business Development team to support merger, acquisition and divesture activities. This individual will also be responsible for ensuring enterprise compliance with securities law, state corporate law and New York Stock Exchange rules and will act as in-house counsel on securities filings (e.g. periodic reports and registration statements). This legal group team member will assist with various corporate governance matters, including the administration of corporate governance policies (e.g. Code of Business Conduct and Ethics).
