Company is looking for a derivatives attorney preferably with asset management and/or broker-dealer experience to provide legal coverage (including the negotiation and documentation) of OTC derivatives, cleared swaps, futures, repo, prime brokerage and securities lending transactions, etc. Other responsibilities will include assessing and implementing global regulatory changes affecting the trading and documentation of such transactions, including preparing and reviewing client facing communications and documentation related to derivatives, working with the business to implement required changes in policies and procedures and advising compliance. The derivatives legal team is part of the broader IMD legal team, and provides ongoing support with respect to advisory issues related to mutual funds, alternative investment funds and institutional clients.
