The General Counsel will be responsible for leading all corporate strategic and tactical legal initiatives, managing the internal Legal department and overseeing the work of outside counsel. The General Counsel will provide proactive legal advice and subject matter expertise to senior management and specific departments on topics ranging from intellectual property and SEC guidance to contract law and the legal risks and business terms of various corporate transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures.
